MIMOPANVOVÁ ENDOMETRIÓZA PRIAMEHO BRUŠNÉHO SVALU.KAZUISTIKA A PREHĽAD LITERATÚRY

Endometriosis is a disease caused by the presence of functional endometrial tissue out of the uterine cavity. Endometriosis occurs most frequently in the pelvis, extra uterine endometriosis, especially intramuscular endometriosis of the abdominal wall, is quite rare. There is still ongoing discussion about the most appropriate surgical management of endometriosis. However, the surgical excision of abdominal wall endometriosis is still the treatment of the first choice. Large surgical excisions might cause the defect in the abdominal wall and so increase the risk of hernia origination.
We are presenting the finding of endometriosis of the rectus abdominis muscle, which is remote from the scar after the previous operation in a 35-year old patient with the anamnesis of left-side nephrectomy and three caesarian sections.

SÚHRN

Endometrióza je ochorenie spôsobené prítomnosťou funkčného endometriálneho tkaniva mimo dutiny maternice. Kým endometrióza sa vyskytuje najčastejšie v panve, mimopanvová endometrióza, najmä intramuskulárna endometrióza brušnej steny, je pomerne zriedkavá. O najvhodnejšej chirurgickej technike manažmentu endometriózy sa stále diskutuje. Hoci je chirurgická excízia endometriózy brušnej steny stále liečba prvej voľby, rozsiahla chirurgická excízia môže spôsobiť defekt v brušnej stene a zvýšiť tak riziko vzniku prietrže.
Uvádzame prípad nálezu endometriózy priameho brušného svalu, vzdialenej od jazvy po predchádzajúcej operácii u 35-ročnej pacientky s anamnézou ľavostrannej nefrektómie a troch cisárskych rezov.
